ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that Robert Mondavi Winery and TIXR are NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN OF ALL AGES, INCLUDING INFANTS. Please kindly consider others when deciding to bring small children to the show. All artists and times are subject to change without notice.
All ages are welcome. All ages require a ticket, even infants. Due to limited space, strollers and wagons are not allowed in the venue. See question # 13 for other restricted items.
All patrons attending The Avett Brothers Concert at Robert Mondavi Winery are required to show proof of vaccination (must be 2 weeks past final dose) OR a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours from the time of entry to the venue. Patrons ages 2 and above must produce a negative COVID-19 test. Your COVID test must be performed by a 3rd party and can either be antigen or PCR. Please note: At-home tests are not accepted.
We have partnered with World Back to Work for the concert. They will be on site to provide a 15 minute rapid COVID test and to verify your documentation to enter the venue. Use this link to register for a rapid COVID test: https://calendly.com/robert-mondavi-winery/ab-1022

The system does not accept PDFs so please use a JPEG, GIF or PNG to upload a picture of your vaccine card or negative COVID test. Your documentation will be verified and then you will receive confirmation via text and email from World Back to Work.
We have limited on-site parking and carpooling is highly encouraged. There is no charge for parking.
Although the moon gorgeously lights up the night, there is minimal lighting at the venue after dark. We DO suggest bringing flashlights. Open flames (such as candles and even hurricane lanterns) are prohibited. Smart phone flashlights come in handy at the end of the concert.
The doors open at 5:30 pm
or once the artist has completed sound check. We must wait until sound check ends prior to guests being allowed to enter the venue. We do not allow pre-placing of blankets or chairs. For those guests with special needs please
refer to question #14.
Gates open at 5:30pm or after sound check is complete. The concert begins at 7:00pm. Concerts typically end between 9:00 and 9:30pm. We recommend you arrive by 5:00pm to get better parking and a preferred space on the lawn for General Admission ticket level seating.
Most concerts have an intermission that lasts about 30 minutes. Once intermission ends our retail shop closes and wine sales end. On occasion an artist plays a full set with no intermission.
There is only one ticket level, or General Admission lawn seating for The Avett Brothers concert. Guests provide their own low beach chair or blanket to sit on the lawn. Lawn beach chairs are defined as: Lawn chairs must have a seat no higher than 12" from the ground and the back must be no higher than 32" from the ground. NO HIGH BACK CHAIRS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO VENUE.
Tickets will be available for purchase online only from TIXR and delivered electronically, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All tickets are charged a service fee and credit card processing fee. Tickets are required for adults and children of all ages including infants. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. All artists and times are subject to change without notice.
Concessions will be available to purchase inside the venue. We encourage you to support food vendors on site. All food is subject to availability. Please note: outside food is not permitted.
Not Permitted: Alcoholic beverages, outside food, umbrellas, liquids, coolers and ice chests, lounge chairs, tables, wagons, strollers, regular height chairs, pets, barbecues, cameras, video or audio equipment.
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have made a few changes to our policy regarding what can be brought into the concert. Outside food and liquids (including water) are no longer permitted. As in past years, Robert Mondavi Winery wines and an expanded selection of food from local vendors and food trucks will be available. Ice chests may no longer be brought in, and bags and purses will be limited in size to 14" x 11" x 5", or 30 linear inches in total, and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to make our concerts safe for everyone.
