By minting this NFT, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.  I am 21 years of age or older with a valid shipping address in the United States, excluding AL, AR, DE, IN, KY, LA, MS, NJ, OH, OK, RI, SD, UT and WV (“Ineligible Address States”). This NFT includes a limited edition bottle of wine, and purchase of wine for direct-to-consumer shipping is void in Ineligible Address States.

2. Each NFT includes a certificate that may be redeemed for 1 bottle of RMWxBernardaud wine (the “Wine”), from 9/30/2022 - 12/31/2022 (“Wine Redemption Period”), and a certificate which may be used to attend a To Kalon® Vineyard tasting for 4 guests from 9/30/2022 – 9/29/2023 (“To Kalon® Tasting Period”). If I do not make a redemption election for the Wine or the To Kalon Tasting during the Redemption Periods listed, I may forfeit certain of my rights to redeem.  I understand, acknowledge and agree to all additional NFT Terms of Service, including redemption details, as listed here.”
