We are pleased to unveil our latest endeavor: the much-anticipated Guest Chef Series. In partnership with our esteemed Executive Chef, Jeff Mosher, Robert Mondavi Winery will open our home at Arch & Tower to renowned chefs from across the nation and invite these culinary visionaries to curate a collaborative menu celebrating both chefs' unique styles.
We are welcoming Chef Chris Shepherd, a James Beard award-winning Chef who has been a part of the Robert Mondavi Winery family for several years. Chef Shepherd’s curated menu will take inspiration from his Houston roots while featuring local, seasonal ingredients, infusing California vibrancy into the warmth of a Texas Steakhouse meal. Each signature dish will be thoughtfully paired with selections from Robert Mondavi Winery’s collection of world-class vintages, creating an unforgettable event.
