Concerts
Unfortunately, we will not be holding a summer concert series this year. In lieu of concerts, Robert Mondavi Winery will instead be focusing on wine-driven intimate experiences as we transition to normalcy. We invite you to explore our winery events and tasting experiences.
Nevertheless, we will continue to explore cultural, arts and entertainment options, and we are working on community-based projects in our continued efforts to support local initiatives.
General Questions
Yes. Access to the winery is by appointment only. Tastings and meals are booked by appointment through Tock or by the links on our website.
A walk around the winery is not an option without a tasting or meal reservation. We do not offer wines by the glass or bottle service.
Our winery is a dog friendly property for our three tasting experiences. Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patios as part of the Estates Collection Tasting, To Kalon Reserve Tasting or Wine Club Member Tasting. Dogs are not allowed to join our culinary programs – The Vineyard to Table Lunch and the Legacy Dinner.
We ask that your dog is always with you, on leash and under your control when onsite. We reserve the right to ask for removal of any dogs that are acting in an aggressive manner or disrupting other guests.
Tastings are available to book for parties of 6 or less including minors and non-drinkers. We do not permit split reservations or split
tables. If your group size is larger
than 6 we offer our culinary experiences – The Vineyard to Table Lunch or The Legacy Dinner. Please send us an email to inquire about

Daily tastings include the Estates Collection and the To Kalon Reserve Tasting booked by advance reservation from 10 am to 4 pm. Please allow at least one hour to enjoy your flight of four wines.
Tastings are limited to parties of 6 or less including minors and non-drinkers. We do not offer bottle service or wines by the glass.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we typically sell out in advance for both tastings and lunches. We highly recommend making an appointment at least one week in advance. Access to the winery is by appointment only. We have limited tables, capacity and tasting times. Please make a reservation so you won’t be disappointed and turned away from accessing the winery. We do not offer a walk around or self-guided tour of the winery.
The Estates Collection Tasting is the only program we offer that allows minors. The fee is $25 for minors ages 2 to 20. Minors above the age of 2 must be included in your party size. We do not have booster seats or highchairs available for use in the tasting room. Total party size is limited to 6 guests, including minors. Minors above the age of 2 will be served a non-alcoholic beverage and a snack during the seated tasting. When booking on-line you will be prompted to select the number of adults and the number of minors in your party. Your total guest count must be 6 or less.
Our meal programs include a tour. Our tasting experiences do not include a tour. The Vineyard to Table Lunch and the Legacy Dinner include a brief guided tour. The Estates Collection, Wine Club Member Tasting and To Kalon Reserve Tastings do not include a tour.
Our tastings include a flight of four wines. We do not offer wines by the glass or by the bottle. You may purchase bottles at the shop to take with you. We’re not permitted to open bottles at the winery.
No, guests are not permitted to open bottles on the property. You may purchase wines from our wine shop to take with you.
We do not allow shared tastings.
We do not allow outside food or picnicking at the winery. We’re happy to recommend local parks nearby in Yountville and St. Helena.
We allow one designated driver per party size or reservation. Please select the child/minor admission at checkout for a designated driver. A non-drinker will receive a non-alcoholic beverage and a snack during the tasting. The fee is $25 for a non-drinker, including minors, for the Estates Collection.
Yes, we charge in full at the time of booking your reservation. Please reserve for all in your party, including non-drinkers and minors above the age of 2.

Culinary Programs
We offer a chef’s choice 3 course lunch program daily at 12:30 pm by advance reservation. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours, please call the winery at 707-968-2001. This is an extremely popular program and sells out well in advance. The lunch is 90 minutes in length. We include a brief guided tour at the beginning with lunch seating at 1:00 pm. Please allow plenty of time to arrive at the winery by 12:30pm. Please note: We do not have a restaurant at the winery.
The Legacy Dinner is the ultimate dining experience at Robert Mondavi. The dinner is a chef’s choice 5 course menu with wine pairings. We feature library wines and wines sourced 100% from our world renown To Kalon Vineyard. The dinner is booked by appointment at least one week in advance. You will need to have at least 6 guests in your own party or pay the minimum charge for 6 guests. We do not add additional guests to your party to meet the 6 person minimum. Please note: We do not have a restaurant at the winery. All meal programs are booked by advance reservation.
No, we do not have a restaurant on site. We offer a chef’s choice three course lunch booked at least 48 hours in advance. The start time is 12:30 pm with lunch service at 1:00 pm. The start time is firm for the lunch. Please allow enough time to arrive at the winery by 12:30 pm. We offer the Legacy Dinner by appointment only. All meals are chef’s choice menus. We will need to know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance of your visit.

Wine Club
Wine club members can make reservations for tastings that include up to 6 guests. The
tasting is complementary for up to 4 guests, and there is a charge of $50 for each extra guest. The club member must be present to receive their discount. Club members can book complementary tastings through our website. After joining the club, members will be contacted by a club representative and instructed on how to set up an online account. They can use this account to book their own discounted tastings. If you would like booking assistance from our reservations team, you can also email reservations@robertmondaviwinery.com. You will need to provide the email address you used to join the club so your discount can be applied.
There is no fee to join the wine club. You can join our wine club by filling out the form on our website or contacting a member of our staff at wineclub@robertmondaviwinery.com. You will be contacted by a club representative after joining, and they will instruct you how to set up an online account so you can book your own tasting appointments. When you join the wine club, you are committing to take a minimum of 3 wine club shipments before cancellation.
There is no fee to join the wine club. When you join the wine club, you are committing to take a minimum of 3 wine club shipments before cancellation. These shipments go out in February, May, September, and November. Wines that are part of your club shipment are discounted 20% and there is a 30% discount on the reorder of featured club wines. You are allowed to skip one shipment per year and still maintain your club benefits. This excludes the first shipment. If you skip more than one shipment in a year, your club membership benefits will be put on hold until you take your next shipment.
Your club member benefits are activated after you have been contacted by a club representative and your first club shipment is in process. You do not need to have received your first shipment to enjoy club benefits. If you join the wine club onsite at the winery during a tasting, we will not waive your tasting fees. You will be able to schedule future complementary tastings after your membership is activated.
